2.6 "by myself, on my own" — *b-nosh-*

2 · Pronouns · a plain-language guide to Assyrian (Sureth) grammar

A close cousin: to say "by himself / on his own," Assyrian uses nosh- with the preposition b- ("by") in front, plus the endings again:

b-noshi (by myself), b-noshukh (by yourself, m.), b-noshu (by himself), b-nosho (by herself), b-noshan (by ourselves), and so on. Use it for "I did it b-noshi — on my own."
